Bay Country Building Specs is a Home Inspection and Environmental Inspection Company. We are dedicated to educating our clients about their home, to promote quality and professionalism of our inspectors though continuing education and training. We strive to maintain the most comprehensive reporting system available in the market today.
We members of the National Association of Home Inspectors or the American Society of Home Inspectors. As a Building Specs Inc. affiliate, each of our Inspectors must complete extensive training as well as pass a comprehensive exam. Affiliates also receive hands on field training as part of their education. We believe this is the only proper method for a Home Inspector to learn proper inspection techniques. We use a state of the art reporting system, which is in an easy to read format. Additionally, the report comes in an attractive binder with a preventative maintenance manual.
